HEPA PANEL FILTER:
HEPA is an acronym that stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air, so a HEPA filter is a High Efficiency Particulate Air filter. Filters, whether for an air purifier or other implementation, come with many benefits and claims.
HEPA Filter are widely used in pharmaceutical , LED, paint industries. With non-woven fiberglass as filtering material, they can capture 0.1 – 1.0 um dust particles.. The frames are generally made of anodized aluminum. The filters are light weight and high efficient with high dust holding capacity so as to reduce operating cost and decrease the frequency of filter replacement.
These filters are basically air intake filters, which work with negative pressure of systems. These filters are further classified as:
Primary Filters:
Primary filter is also called as Pre-Filter.
Primary filters are used for coarse filtration for removal of particles in range of 10 to 50 microns. Primary filters retain coarse particles to avoid further loading on secondary
filters & enhance the life of secondary filter. Primary filters are cleanable in nature to obtain good shelf life. The frames are generally made of anodized aluminum. The filters are light weight and high efficient with high dust holding capacity so as to reduce operating cost and decrease the frequency of filter replacement.
Secondary Filter:
Secondary filter, including pocket or bag or box types, with non-woven fiberglass as filtering material, can capture 1 – 10 micron dust particles. The frames are generally made of anodized aluminum or sub-hepa plastics. The filters are light weight and high efficient with high dust holding capacity so as to reduce operating cost and decrease the frequency of filter replacement
