DUST COLLECTOR BAG

These bags are placed in dust collector with supporting filter cages. Contaminated air takes path of outside to inside filtration. All solid contaminants get deposited at outer surface & clean air / gas passes through top chamber.
Particles retained at the outer surface of media get collected at the bottom of dust collector with the help of shaking mechanism or reverse pulse jetting mechanism.

FILTER BAG CAGE
- Bag cage adopts a circular structure. The longitudinal bar and reverse support ring of the bag cage are evenly distributed and have sufficient strength and stiffness to prevent damage and deformation.
- Bag cage material is made with mild steel or S.S.
- The coating is firm, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which avoids the rust corrosion on the Cage surface and the binding of the filter bag after the dust collector has been working for a period of time, ensures the smooth change of the bag and reduces the damage to the cloth bag in the process of changing the bag.
Bag Cage is the framework which used for supporting the filter bag in the dust collector, it also known as bone cage or skeleton. We could produce various type of the bag cages,such as circle type, oval type, special-shaped and so on,it also could do as different kinds of surface treatment for these bag cages, to meet the use requirements of different industries and the different type dust collectors.
